标准环+转弯环的双面楔形盾构管片排版技术研究

摘要:

为提高盾构隧道掘进的施工效率、降低盾构管片排版错误的风险,针对管片类型为标准环+转弯环(为双面楔形)组合的盾构隧道,提出一种错缝拼装形式的管片预排版方法,并采用几何迭代法求出与目标线路偏差最小的一种盾构管片拼装姿势,可有效解决盾构隧道掘进过程中管片类型选择和拼装点位选取的施工难题。最后以南京地铁3号线某区间为例验证所采取方法的正确性,对盾构隧道掘进的施工组织和施工误差控制具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:

In order to improve the construction efficiency of shield tunneling and reduce the risk of shield segment layout design errors, a method of prelayout of the shield segment in the form of a staggered fit is proposed for the shield tunnel with the combination of doublesidedwedge standard segment and turning segment. The best assembling posture of the shield segment with least deviation from the target line is found by geometrical iteration method, which solves the tunneling problems of selection of shied segment type and assembling points. The accuracy of the method is verified by taking a shieldbored tunnel section on Nanjing Metro Line 3 for example, which can provide significant guidance for the construction organization and construction error control of shield tunneling.
