隧道内衬钢管运调一体机的优化设计

摘要: 为解决隧道内衬钢管运输和拼装施工工艺难度大、效率低、对接拼装精度差和预铺设轨道等问题,同时为适应快速发展中长距离输水管线铺设问题,结合现有内衬钢管运输方法、拼装施工工艺和河西支线工程特点,设计出内衬钢管运调一体机。设计的内衬钢管运调一体机可以免除铺设轨道,具有拆装方便、施工效率高、完全自动化和拼装施工工艺简单等优点。设计中对内衬钢管运调一体机的整体结构进行有限元分析,对关键部件和走行机构的动力系统进行系统分析,优化其内部结构和设计方案,确保内衬钢管运调一体机整体结构合理,运行安全稳定,将内衬钢管运调一体机应用到河西支线工程中,钢管运输平稳可靠,对接精度高,大大提高了施工效率和质量,为内衬钢管运调一体机的生产过程安全控制、质量控制、方案可行性、成本控制和运转控制稳定提供一种新方案。

Abstract: At present, the transport and assembly of lined steel pipe in tunnel is characterized by large construction difficulty, low efficiency and low assembly accuracy, which needs prelaid track. Hence, in order to suit the rapiddeveloped pipe laying of longdistance water diversion project, a lined steel pipe transportation and adjustment integrated machine in tunnel is designed based on existing lined steel pipe transportation and assembly technology and the characteristics of Hexi Branch Line project. The machine has the advantages of convenient assembly and disassembly, high construction efficiency, high automation and simple assembling process, which does not need prelaid track. And then the finite element analysis is carried out on the structure of the machine, the key components and the dynamic system of the walking mechanism are analyzed, and internal structure and design scheme of the machine are optimized to ensure reasonable structure and safe and stable operation. The applicable results of the machine to Hexi Branch Line project show that the steel pipe transportation is stable and reliable with high assembly precision, construction efficiency and quality, which can provide a new technical solution for the safety control, quality control, scheme feasibility and cost control of lined steel transportation and adjustment integrated machine production process.
