川藏铁路隧道高海拔环境钻爆法施工装备选型配置思考

Suggestions and Considerations on Equipment Selection for Constructing Sichuan-Tibet Railway Tunnels at High Altitudes

摘要: 川藏铁路隧道建设面临高海拔、复杂地质条件、恶劣环境等方面的严峻挑战,其中,高海拔环境对隧道施工装备选型的影响尤为突出。为实现川藏铁路隧道机械化建造,以新建川藏铁路雅安至林芝段隧道建设为例,在分析高海拔环境影响因素的基础上,从动力系统、电气控制系统、流体控制系统、空压机性能等方面,重点论述高海拔环境对钻爆法隧道装备作业性能的影响。系统研究并针对性提出在高海拔高寒等极端环境下超前支护、开挖、初期支护、二次衬砌等钻爆法施工关键工序的装备选型建议,如超前钻探及支护设备、凿岩台车、拱架安装设备、混凝土喷射设备等,并提出“破碎机+皮带机”出渣、挖装运电动设备、移动式除尘等新型装备和技术在川藏铁路隧道建设中的应用建议。

Abstract: The construction of the SichuanTibet railway faces numerous challenges such as significant terrain elevation differences, complex geological characteristics, and a harsh climatic environment, among which the high altitude has particularly significant effects on the Sichuan-Tibet railways construction. The influence factor of high altitude on construction equipment by drillandblast method for YaanLinzhi section is analyzed from the aspects of power system, electrical control system, fluid control system, and air compressor performance to realize mechanized construction of SichuanTibet railway tunnels. Some recommendations for equipment selection of key construction processes of drillandblast construction operations in cold and highaltitude environments, such as advance support, excavation, primary support, and secondary lining, are made. The equipment includes advance drill and support equipment, rockbreaking jumbos, arch frame installation equipment, shotcrete equipment, crusher + belt conveyor mucking system, excavation + loading + electrical transport equipment, and mobile dedusting equipment.
