Application of Grid Steel Frame to Primary Support for Loess Tunnel on HaolebaojiJi′an Railway

摘要: 为验证重载铁路黄土隧道初期支护推广应用格栅钢架的可靠性,通过全环格栅钢架混凝土11模型试验,〖JP+1〗现场初期支护变形收敛、围岩压力、格栅钢架和喷射混凝土力学性能测试,以及基于大数据的初期支护变形收敛数据统计分析等方法进行研究。研究结果表明: 1)全环格栅钢架混凝土结构表现出较高的承载能力兼顾较大的变形协调能力,H180型格栅钢架混凝土结构在极限状态下可承载相当于32.56 m的黄土自重; 2)格栅钢架可应用于Ⅳ、Ⅴ级围岩大跨度黄土隧道,能保证围岩稳定及初期支护结构的安全; 3)大跨度黄土隧道初期支护采用格栅钢架,初期支护拱顶下沉及水平收敛值控制良好,总体在开挖预留变形量控制值内。

Abstract: To test the reliability of the gridsteel frame applied in primary support of loess tunnel of the heavyhaul railway, a 11 model test of fullring gridsteel frameconcrete structure is conducted, the deformation convergence of primary support, surrounding rock pressure, and mechanical property test of gridsteel frame and shotcrete are analyzed, and statistical analysis of deformation convergence data of primary support based on big data is studied. The study results show the following: (1) The fullring gridsteel frameconcrete structure has a high bearing capacity and large deformation coordination capacity. The H180 gridsteel frameconcrete structure can bear the loess weight equivalent of the loess stratum with a depth of 32.56 m under the limit state. (2) The gridsteel frame can be applied to a largespan loess tunnel with Grade and surrounding rocks, which ensures the stability of the surrounding rock and the safety of the primary support structure. (3) The gridsteel frame is used in the primary support of a largespan loess tunnel, and the crown settlement and horizontal convergence are well controlled, which are generally within the control values of excavation reserved deformation.
