长距离单车道隧道无轨运输智能避让系统研制及应用

Development and Application of Intelligent Collision Avoidance System for Trackless Transportation in LongDistance SingleLane Tunnels

摘要: 为解决长距离单车道隧道幽暗湿滑环境司机视线受阻、多车辆行车风险大及运输效率低等问题,通过长距离隧道无线通信传输及定位信息计算技术与设备的开发,设计车辆自主避让算法,构建智能交通指挥系统,研发车载调度指挥终端,为车辆相向行驶时提供避让提醒、同向行驶时提供车辆跟车距离提醒提供解决方案,实现了现场隧道车辆相向行驶提前20~35 s的避让预警,同向行驶跟车50~200 m的精确定位及防追尾提醒,降低了长距离大坡度皮带机出碴单车道隧道无轨运输车辆的行驶风险,提高了隧道施工现场车辆调度管理的能力,保证了施工现场物料安全的高效运输,为施工现场管理信息化、智能化打下了坚实的基础。

Abstract: Longdistance singlelane tunnels have many disadvantages, such as sight block of the driver in a dark and wet environment, risk from multiple vehicles, and low transportation efficiency. As a result, longdistance tunnel wireless communication and positioning technology has been developed using a vehicle autonomous avoidance algorithm, intelligent transportation command system, and vehicle dispatching command terminal. The system provides warnings for vehicles moving in the same or opposite directions, providing collision avoidance warnings 20~35 s in advance when vehicles are moving in opposite directions, and precise positioning and rear end collision prevention notifications within the range of 50~200 m when vehicles are moving in the same direction. The system reduces driving risk of trackless transport in longdistance singlelane tunnel, improves tunnel construction efficiency, ensures the safe and efficient transportation of materials at construction sites, and provides a foundation for smart technology in construction site management.
