复合岩层隧道下穿既有建筑TBM施工关键技术——以重庆轨道9号线中从区间隧道为例

摘要: 为解决TBM2种或2种以上不同岩层组成的复合岩层地质结构中施工,导致不同的地层之间掘进参数差异大、产生明显沉降差,从而引起地表沉降,并对隧道相邻既有建筑物带来风险的问题,以重庆轨道9号线二期中央公园东站—从岩寺站区间复合岩层隧道工程为例,其具有纵向跨度大、岩层非均质性强等特点,总结一套针对复合岩层隧道TBM施工的关键技术,主要遵循“复合式TBM施工—左洞先挖—TBM参数优化—同步注浆(二次注浆)—监控量测—预警判断”的成套技术,严格控制右洞下穿既有建筑物沉降量,安全顺利地通过了既有建筑结构区间段,既保证了既有结构的安全性,又确保了隧道高质量、高效率的施工。

Abstract: When tunnel boring machine (TBM) tunneling in composite rock strata with more than two lithologies, the tunneling parameters vary, and differential settlement occurs, which would cause ground settlement and further affect the adjacent buildings. As a result, a case study is conducted on a composite rock tunnel project between Central Park East station and Congyansi station of the second phase of Chongqing railway line 9, which is characterized by large longitudinal span and strong rock heterogeneity. A suite of key technologies for the TBM construction in composite rock strata is summarized, which follows the principle of composite TBM construction, left hole excavation first, TBM parameter optimization, synchronous grouting (secondary grouting), monitoring, and warning judgment. The settlement of buildings crossed by right line of tunnel has been controlled effectively, which guarantees the successful underpass of the TBM tunnel in a highefficient and quality manner and as well as the safety of the existing structures.
