TBM机载锚杆钻机摆动结构拓扑优化研究

Topological Optimization of Swing Structure of Tunnel Boring  Machine Carried Bolt Drill

摘要: 为解决TBM机载锚杆钻机推进梁的摆动结构作业时因受力复杂而导致的安全性问题,提升其力学性能和稳定性,首先,通过对摆动结构进行静力学分析,确定其作业时应力集中和应力分布极度不均的薄弱部位; 然后,基于子模型法将摆动结构的薄弱部位切割出来,扩大其设计空间,再运用拓扑优化方法进行优化设计,得到该部位全新的拓扑结构形式; 最后,对比分析优化前后摆动结构的受力、变形情况及振动频率。结果显示: 优化后危险工况下摆动结构的应力集中现象明显改善,一定程度上提高了该结构的刚度和强度,同时有效改善了结构的振动特性,提高了结构的稳定性。

Abstract: The safety risk posed by the swing structure of the propulsion beam of the tunnel boring machinecarried bolt drill because of complex stress during the construction of tunnels should be resolved. As a result, to improve the swing structures mechanical properties and stability, statics analysis is conducted to determine the weak positions with stress concentration and extremely uneven stress distribution. Furthermore, using the submodel method, the swing structures weak points are removed to increase its design space. The structure is then optimized using the topology optimization method, thereby obtaining a new topology form of the part. Finally, the stress, deformation, and vibration frequency of the swing structure before and after optimization are compared. The results show that the stress concentration of the swing structure under dangerous working conditions has been reduced, stiffness and strength of the structure have been improved to a certain extent, and vibration characteristics and structural stability of the structure have also been improved.
