盾构瓦斯隧道掘进技术

摘要:

根据武汉地铁2号线范汉区间直接穿越瓦斯储气层的情况,分析瓦斯对盾构隧道施工的影响及危害,以及国家规范尚未对地铁盾构隧道的掘进技术做出量化的情况下,对在瓦斯隧道掘进中施工参数做出主动调整,重点研究控制盾构螺旋出土、盾尾密封、同步注浆及二次注浆质量等方面的技术措施,总结出了1套较为成熟的盾构瓦斯隧道掘进技术方法。

Abstract:

The influence of gas on shield tunneling is analyzed on basis of the situation of FanHan running tunnel on line 2 of Wuhan Metro, which passes through gascontaining stratum. The shield tunneling parameters in gascontaining stratum are adjusted, even though there are no quantitative parameters for shield boring of Metro tunnels in the relevant China’s national specifications. The focus is placed on the control of the muck conveying of the screw conveyor, the tail skin sealing and the quality of the simultaneous grouting and secondary grouting. As a result, a series of technology for shield tunneling in gascontaining stratum is summarized.
