雪山隧道营运中长期监测成果分析与评估

Evaluation of and Analysis on Longterm Monitoring Results during Operation of Hsuehshan Tunnel

摘要: 由于雪山隧道规模庞大且地质条件特殊,加上长达15年的施工期间,曾发生多次施工困难及大量涌水事件,导致其结构安全课题一直备受关注。为确认隧道之长期稳定,乃于完工后设置长期监测系统作为评估之用。长期监测工作自2009年开始,于2011年3月完成第一阶段工作,监测系统之项目包含控制点测量、内空变位监测、裂缝扩展监测、孔隙水压力量测及水量量测5大项。本文将整理现阶段之监测成果,并予分析评估,以作为未来隧道营运及维护管理之依据。

Abstract: Due to the characteristics of large scale and special geological conditions, as well as a couple of tough construction situations and incidents of groundwater inrush during the span of 15 years, the issue of structural safety on Hsuehshan Tunnel has been attracting the public's attention. To make sure longterm tunnel stability, a monitoring system was therefore set up after the completion of Hsuehshan Tunnel. This longterm monitoring project was started from 2009 and completed for the first phase in March, 2011. The monitoring system consists of five items, including "control survey", "3D optical monitoring system (36 crosssections)", "crack displacement gauges (4 spots)", "piezometers (43 spots)" and "flow meters (6 stations)". This article is aimed to analyze and evaluate the collected monitoring results so far for future operation and maintenance purpose.
