前进式水平注浆加固在天津软土中的应用

摘要: 在天津软土富水地层中,盾构始发和接收加固是盾构施工的重大风险点,如何确保盾构始发和接收安全是盾构施工的关键,而做好盾构端头井加固是确保盾构始发、接收安全的关键。阐述在软土中施工盾构隧道采用水平注浆法加固盾构井的施工工艺。通过对天津海河共同沟盾构始发、接收加固的过程控制,加固效果抽芯取样试验,证明前进式水平注浆加固在天津软土地区能够使用。

Abstract: Grouting at shield launching shaft and shield arriving shaft is the key points in the shield tunnelling in soft and waterrich stratum in Tianjin. The construction technology of advancing horizontal grouting of shield tunnel in soft soil is presented. The advancing horizontal grouting technology is proved to be suitable for soft rock in Tianjin by means of process control of grouting at the shield launching shaft and shield arriving shaft and sample testing on grouting effect. 
