盾构刀盘参数化建模系统开发

摘要: 为满足设计人员快速完成盾构刀盘设计,采用CATIA三维建模软件和Visual Basic进行盾构刀盘参数化建模的方法,参照此方法可以完成盾构刀盘参数化建模系统的开发。通过建模系统,根据盾构施工的边界参数、材料参数和刀盘关键参数可快速生成盾构刀盘模型,在一定程度上缩短了刀盘的设计时间,减少了设计人员的劳动强度。

Abstract: The parameterized modeling technology for cutter heads of shield machines by means of CATIA 3D modeling software and Visual Basic software is described. The parameterized modeling system of cutter heads of shield machines is developed on basis of the parameterized modeling technology. The model of the cutter heads of shield machines can be rapidly formed by means of the parameterized modeling system and on basis of the boundary parameters, material parameters and cutter head parameters of the shield machines. In this way, the design cycle of the cutter heads is shortened and the working intension of the designers is reduced.
