土压平衡盾构脱困技术及经验教训

Technologies to Release Jammed Earth Pressure Balanced (EPB)  Shield and Its Lessons

摘要: 为解决土压平衡盾构通过硬岩地层时被卡死的难题,以重庆地铁6号线土压平衡盾构施工为例,施工中采取以下脱困措施: 1)采用爆破方法破除盾体上方围岩使盾构脱困; 2)采用抬高刀具和增大开挖直径的方法解决边滚刀磨损超限造成盾体被卡的问题; 3)爆破脱困后,对爆破形成的空腔进行注浆回填,保证盾构施工安全。针对盾构卡机问题,提出以下防卡措施: 1)盾构在硬岩条件下施工,给盾构机配备扩挖刀; 2)定期对刀盘情况进行检查。

Abstract: An EPB shield used in the construction of No. 6 line of Chongqing Metro was jammed when boring in hard rocks. Technologies, including removing the rock mass above the shield by means of blasting, extending the cutting tools and enlarging the excavation diameter, and backfill grouting for the voids created by blasting, are adopted to release the jammed shield. Recommendations, such as TBMs with copy cutters should be used in hard rock conditions and regular inspection should be made on the cutter heads, are proposed to avoid shield jamming.
