盾构泡沫系统的电气控制

摘要:

为了解决盾构施工中泡沫注入量和泡沫各成分混合比无法准确控制的技术难题,以某公司生产的土压平衡式盾构CREC036为例,详细介绍了盾构泡沫系统的电气控制方案。该方案以PLC和上位机组成泡沫控制系统,通过变频器和电动调节阀等执行部件对泡沫各成分的精确调节,经过工厂和现场的双重试验,证明该系统能够达到很好的泡沫改良效果,能降低泡沫原料的消耗,提高泡沫系统的性价比。

Abstract:

During shield boring, it is difficult to control the volume of foams injected and the quantities of different compositions of foams. The electrical control scheme of the foam system of shield machines is described, with CREC036 shield machine as an example. On CREC036 shield machine, the foam control system is consisted of PLC and PC. The quantities of different compositions of foams are accurately adjusted by means of transducer and electrical regulator. The test of the mentioned system in the plant and field demonstrates that good effects can be achieved. 
