富水粉细砂层拆除被困TBM刀盘注浆加固技术

摘要:

TBM在高压富水粉细砂层中掘进时,掌子面坍塌严重,实际出渣量远大于设计出渣量,致使TBM推力和扭矩增大,无法正常掘进而被困。为了能安全顺利地拆除被困的TBM刀盘,采取注浆加固的方法,对刀盘前方地层进行加固改良,在地层中形成无规则交错状浆脉,降低了地层的含水率,提高了地层的稳定性,保证了刀盘拆除工作的安全。

Abstract:

The TBM often jammed due to the overlarge thrusting force and torque induced by collapse of working face and overlarge mucking during TBM boring in waterrich and silty sand stratum. The ground ahead of cutter head is grouting consolidated, so as to successfully disassembling the jammed TBM. The watercontaining rate of the ground is reduced, the stability of the ground is improved and the successful and safe disassembling of cutter head is guaranteed.
