郑州地铁1号线会—民盾构区间锚索拔除施工技术

Anchoring Cable Removing Technology: Case Study on HuiMin Shieldbored Tunnel on Line 1 of Zhengzhou Metro

摘要:

郑州市轨道交通1号线会—民区间盾构下穿建筑物时遇到了大面积深埋锚索。从工期、工程造价等方面对明挖基坑、暗挖隧道和人工挖孔3种锚索拔除方案进行比选,最终确定采用人工挖孔锚索拔除方案。通过在竖井狭小空间内利用轻型拔锚机具有效地清除锚索,验证了实施人工挖孔锚索拨除方案的正确性,解决了大面积深埋锚索对盾构施工的影响,同时也避免了大面积开挖对周边环境的影响,可为今后类似工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:

There are lots of existing deep anchoring cables in the scope of HuiMin shieldbored tunnel on Line 1 of Zhengzhou Metro. These anchoring cables should be removed before shield arrives, otherwise they may have severe impact on the shield boring. In the paper, comparison and contrast is made among three anchoring cable removing technologies, i.e., removing the anchoring cables from opencut foundation pit, removing the anchoring cables from mined tunnel and removing the anchoring cables from cut holes, in terms of construction period and cost. In the end, the technology of removing the anchoring cables from cut holes is adopted. The details of the technology of removing the anchoring cables from cut holes are presented. 
