高速铁路隧道工程水沟电缆槽一次成型施工技术

摘要:

高速铁路隧道工程水沟电缆槽一般分为通信信号槽、电力电缆槽、排水槽,三槽合一,根据高速铁路的设计理念与运营要求,水沟电缆槽必须一次成型,在施工中为了设计出一套系统的电缆槽一次成型配套模板体系,在实践的基础上利用组合模板桁架连接与走行系统结合的方式对电缆槽一次成型施工进行探索和总结。实践证明: 合理地利用桁架模板与走行系统设计出的电缆槽模板,可以有效地完成高速铁路隧道工程水沟电缆槽的一次成型要求。

Abstract:

The drainage ditches and cable channels of tunnels on highspeed railways include communication cable channels, electrical power cable channels and drainage ditches. These three types of channels/ditches are integrated into one body and must be concreted in one operation.In the paper, a set of formworks for the concreting of the drainage ditch and cable channel is designed and the concreting of the drainage ditch and cable channel is described. The construction practice demonstrates that the formwork system with truss structure and moving system can meet the requirements of the concreting of the integrated drainage ditch and cable channel in one operation. 
