长春地铁解放大路站基于三维数值模拟的地铁车站施工工法优化分析

Optimization of Construction Methods for Jiefanglu Station of Changchun Metro Using Threedimensional (3D) Numerical Simulations

摘要:

为了对地铁车站施工工法进行优化分析,依托长春地铁解放大路站工程,采用数值模拟方法建立数值模型,从中轴线上方地表沉降、拱顶沉降和拱顶应力3方面对6导洞PBA工法、8导洞PBA工法以及一次扣拱暗挖逆作法进行了对比分析,得到: 1)在施工过程中,3种工法的中轴线上方地表沉降、拱顶沉降和拱顶应力变化规律存在明显差异; 2)通过综合对比分析,一次扣拱暗挖逆作法最优,6导洞PBA工法最差。得到的对比分析结果对现场施工具有指导意义。

Abstract:

In this paper, comparison and contrast is made among three constructions methods, i.e., 6pilot PBA method, 8pilot PBA method, and cast insitu arch and cutandcover topdown method, in terms of ground surface settlement above tunnel axial line, crown settlement and crown stress. The numerical simulation model of Jiefanglu Station of Changchun Metro is established, so as to analyze the optimization of construction method. The study results show that: 1) The ground surface settlement above the tunnel axial line, crown settlement and crown stress of the three construction methods are different; 2) The cast insitu arch and cutandcover topdown method is superior to 6pilot PBA method and 8pilot PBA method for this project, and the 6pilot PBA method is the worst. The results achieved can provide reference for construction of similar projects in the future.
