电涡流传感器在盾构滚刀磨损监测系统中的应用研究

摘要:

为了在盾构掘进过程中实时监测滚刀的磨损和工作情况,建立一套基于电涡流传感器的滚刀磨损实时监测系统,将滚刀刀圈与传感器之间的距离变化转换为电压信号,经计算处理后得到滚刀刀圈的磨损量。重点探讨电涡流传感器的检测机制,并设计制作结构紧凑、测量精度较高的非接触式电涡流传感器。结合某工程现场试验结果进行温度补偿,实现了滚刀磨损的实时监测,试验结果表明了电涡流传感器在该系统中的有效性。

Abstract:

A realtime disccutter wear monitoring system of shield machine based on eddycurrent sensor is established so as to control the wear and working status of disccutter. The distance variations between disccutter ring and sensor are turned into electrical signal and then based on which the wear of disccutter ring can be calculated. The detection mechanism of eddycurrent sensor is discussed emphatically. The noncontact eddycurrent sensor with compact structure and high detecting accuracy is designed. The temperature compensation is carried out in a project and realtime disccutter wear monitoring is realized. The testing results illustrate that the eddycurrent sensor is feasible for the monitoring system. 
