基于RMR岩体分级系统的TBM掘进性能参数预测

Estimation of TBM Performance Parameters Based on Rock Mass Rating (RMR) System

摘要:

为解决由于地质条件原因造成TBM掘进效率低下的问题,基于吉林引松供水工程建立的TBM数据库,提出应用RMR岩体分级系统对TBM的掘进性能参数进行预测。通过回归分析的方法分别建立了RMR与TBM性能预测参数掘进速率(PR)、施工进度(AR)、利用率(U)以及贯入度指数(FPI)的经验公式。研究结果表明: RMR与PR、AR、U均呈现二次相关关系,RMR 与FPI为线性关系,且相关系数均大于0.7; 当RMR=50~70时,岩体具有较好的可掘性; 当岩体条件较差(RMR<30~40)或者岩体条件极好(RMR>70~80)时,岩体的可掘性均较差; 吉林引松工程TBM掘进的平均利用率为22.36%,与地质条件相关的停工时间约占总工期的25.97%。

Abstract:

In order to solve low boring efficiency of TBM caused by geological conditions, the TBM boring performance parameters estimation based on rock mass rating (RMR) system is proposed in view of TBM data base of Songhua River Water Conveyance Project in Jilin Province. The empirical correlation formulas of RMR with TBM performance parameters, i.e. penetration rate (PR), advance rate (AR), utilization (U) and field penetration index (FPI) are respectively given by regression analysis. The study results show that: 1) The relationship between RMR and PR and that between AR and U can be approximated by seconddegree polynomial curves; RMR and FPI present linear relationship, and the correlation coefficients are all larger than 0.7. 2) Better performance of TBM can be reached in fair rock (RMR=50-70) whilst bad performance of TBM will be reached in bad rocks (RMR<30-40) or rock beyond good (RMR > 70-80). 3) The utilization of TBM used in Songhua River Water Conveyance Project in Jilin Province is 22.36%, and geology and rock mass related downtime takes about 25.97% in total construction schedule.
