紧邻深大长基坑的地铁结构保护对策与实践

Protection Coutermeasures for Metro Structure Adjacent to Deep and Large Foundation Pit

摘要:

邻近既有地铁结构的基坑施工,会引起地铁结构的附加应力及位移,影响其使用功能,威胁结构安全。以广州南站区域地下空间及市政配套设施工程为背景,为确保紧邻的地铁结构在深大长基坑连续施工过程中的安全,针对复杂的周边环境及工程难点与风险点,采取分期分区施工、土层加固、设置抗拔桩、隧道正上方抽条开挖、堆载反压及控制施工扰动和加强监测等保护措施,有效控制地铁结构的位移变形,验证了该方案的合理性,并通过总结相关经验,以期为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:

The foundation pit construction induced additional stress and displacement of adjacent metro structure would affect the operation and safety of the metro structure. In order to guarantee the safety of Guangzhou South Metro Station during the coutinuous construction of adjacent deep and large foundation pit, the countermeasures, i.e. phased and sectioned construction, ground consolidation, uplift pile, sprouted excavation, surcharging and back pressuring, disturbulance control and monitoring strengthening, are adopted. The displacement and deformation of the metro structure have been effectively controlled; and then the rationalities of the abovementioned countermeasures have been verified. The results can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
