大直径盾构刀盘刀具选型及常压换刀技术研究

Study of Cutterhead and Cutting Tool Selection and Cutting Tool Replacement of Largediameter Shield under Atmospheric Condition

摘要:

由于盾构在软土地层和岩石地层的刀具切削原理和配置形式不同,对于不同地质,尤其复合地质刀盘刀具的适应性配置与磨损刀具的安全更换一直是当前大型盾构施工中遇到的技术难题。针对武汉地铁8号线越江隧道工程及其特殊的水文地质,分析大直径泥水盾构在软土和硬岩复合地层中刀盘刀具的选型配置,创新采用复合刀盘设计理念,并开发应用常压条件下滚刀齿刀互换技术,最后针对不同地质条件给出了刀具配置方案。通过采取以上措施,延长了刀具使用寿命,提高了刀具更换效率,降低了施工风险,实现了在复杂地层隧道的顺利穿越。

Abstract:

Due to the different cutting mechanisms and configurations of the cutting tools in soft soil stratum and the rock stratum, the adaptive configuration of the cutting tool and the replacement safety of the worn tool in different geologies, especially in complex geology, are the technical problems encountered during largediameter shield tunneling. The selection and configuration of the cutting tools in soft soil and hard rock composite strata are analyzed by taking largediameter slurry shield used in Yangtze Rivercrossing tunnel on Wuhan Metro Line No. 8 for example; the design concept of composite cutterhead is innovatively adopted; the interchange technology of hob cutter and toothed cutter under atmospheric condition is developed and carried out; and the cutting tool configuration schemes are given for different geological conditions, By adopting the abovementioned measures,the service life of the cutting tool is prolonged; the cutting efficiency of the cutting tool is improved; the construction risk is reduced; and the successful shield tunneling in complex strata is realized.
