摘要:

传统公路隧道结构病害检查大多采用各类升降平台,由人工对到达部位开展检测工作,存在效率相对较低、影响道路正常通行的问题。以结构外观检查为主的隧道快速检测设备可高效采集隧道表面影像资料,经后处理软件处理后,统计分析出结构病害缺陷特征。结合调研及隧道快速检测设备演示过程中收集的成果资料,比较和分析5个厂家的隧道快速检测设备成像及病害识别现状,得出如下结论: 不同厂家设备的成果影像差异较大,关键成果图中的单张照片或展布图病害的清晰度及可识别度仍有待技术突破; 当前隧道快速检测设备的应用还不能完全代替人工检查,需要2种方法有效结合,才能更加真实、准确地评定出隧道结构的病害缺陷,确定隧道的养护措施; 公路隧道的管理、建设、设计及施工等单位应共同思考如何为后续可能开展的快速检测评定工作创造有利的实施条件。

Abstract:

The traditional disease inspection method for highway tunnel structure by using manual inspection by lifting platform is low efficient and will affect the traffic. Hence, the rapid inspection equipment, focuses on tunnel structure and appearance is adopted. It can collect the surface image data of the tunnel rapidly, and the structural disease characteristics can be analyzed by postprocessing software. Five rapid inspection equipments and their application effects are compared to field survey and data collected. Some conclusions are drawn as follows: 1) The result images of the rapid inspection equipment by different manufacturers vary much; and the definition and resolution of single photograph and layout plan of key results are still need to be improved. 2) The manual inspection method can not yet be replaced by rapid inspection method; and the tunnel structure diseases and maintenance measures can be accurately evaluated and determined by considering both two methods effectively. 3) During the management, construction and design of highway tunnel, a favorable disease inspection environment should be considered.
