高速铁路隧道仰拱全工序履带式栈桥设计与应用

Design and Application of Full Process Crawlertype Invert  Trestle Used in Highspeed Railway Tunnel

摘要:

为缩短仰拱施工全工序作业时间、提高仰拱施工进度、降低仰拱工成本、减少施工人员和辅助材料的投入,开发了仰拱全工序履带式栈桥。该栈桥主桥底部分成基础底面清理及钢筋绑扎、仰拱衬砌及仰拱回填、仰拱养护3个12 m工作区,每个工作区分别配置相应的机械化装置,整车采用液压履带驱动。重点介绍全工序履带式栈桥的结构组成以及主桥、前后坡桥、驱动系统、仰拱衬砌系统和辅助工装的设计,对栈桥主要部件的强度进行校核,并应用在郑万高铁湖北段向家湾隧道施工中。结果表明: 在Ⅳ级围岩隧道中,仰拱全工序履带式栈桥相比普通仰拱栈桥,完成12 m仰拱全工序作业仅需要36 h,每延米可节省134.91元施工成本,且行走机构能够适应复杂的隧道施工环境,设备性能稳定、故障率低。

Abstract:

A full process crawlertype invert trestle for highspeed railway tunnel is developed to shorten the full process working time, improve the construction schedule, reduce the construction cost and input of construction personnel and auxiliary materials of invert. The bottom of the main trestle is composed of three 12m working areas, i.e. foundation bottom cleaning and steel bar binding, invert lining and invert backfilling, and invert curing; mechanical devices are equipped to every working area; and hydraulic crawler is used to drive the trestle. The structural composition of the full process crawlertype invert trestle and design of main bridge, front and rear slope bridge, driving system, invert lining system and auxiliary tool are emphatically introduced; the strength of the main parts of full process crawlertype invert trestle is checked; and the full process crawlertype invert trestle is applied to Xiangjiawan Tunnel on Hubei Section of ZhengzhouWanzhou Highspeed Railway. The applicable results show that: (1) Only 36 hours are needed for full process construction of 12m invert, RBM 134.91 yuan can be saved per meter in Grade Ⅳ surrounding rock tunnel comparing to ordinary invert trestle. (2) The abovementioned invert trestle can be applied in complex tunnel environment with stable performance and low fault rate.
