地铁附属改造项目常见问题分析与建议——以广佛线季华园站为例

Analysis and Suggestions on Common Problems in Metro Affiliated Reconstruction Projects: a Case Study of Jihuayuan Station on GuangzhouFoshan Line

摘要:

地铁改造不同于新线建设,需要在不间断运营的条件下进行土建施工及设备的更新。为研究地铁改造中常见问题的解决思路,以佛山万科广佛线季华园站出入口及风亭改造设计项目为依托,结合周边环境变化,通过对冷却塔、出入口、风亭改造设计过程中遇到的土建、机电等相关问题进行深入的分析研究,提出可供参考的设计方案,并对施工的重难点及建设运营管理进行分析。由研究可知: 1)对周边条件受控的改造项目可进行非标准设计; 2)既有地铁附属结构改造施工前,非标准设计的相关参数需满足地铁设计要求; 3)设计施工方案应根据周边环境的变化动态落实专家意见,使改造更加人性化、经济化。

Abstract:

Metro reconstruction is different from the construction of new line, which should guarantee the operation of metro. In order to study the solutions to the common problems encountered during reconstruction, the civil engineering and electromechanical problems encountered in the design of cooling tower, entrance and exit, and wind pavilion of Jihuayuan Station on GuangzhouFoshan Line are analyzed and researched; and the solutions are put forward. Meanwhile, the construction difficulties and key points as well as the operation management are analyzed. The results show that: (1)Nonstandardized design can be adopted in the reconstruction projects with limited surrounding conditions. (2)The parameters of nonstandardized design must meet the requirements of metro design before the reconstruction of the existing metro affiliated project. (3)According to the change of surrounding environment, the design and construction scheme must be implemented dynamically based on the opinions from experts, so as to make the reconstruction more humanized and economical.
