基于DEMATEL的综合管廊运维管理风险因素研究

摘要:

为提高综合管廊的运维管理水平,探究综合管廊运维管理过程中存在的关键风险因素,从目前我国综合管廊运维阶段存在的问题出发,通过文献分析、因果分析及专家调研等方法,全面分析我国综合管廊运维管理过程中的风险因素。运用DEMATEL方法对识别出的22个风险因素进行影响程度和重要程度排序,得出管理制度不统一、运维设备设施信息化水平低、专业管理人员技术水平参差不齐等为综合管廊运维管理过程中的关键风险因素; 从加快运维管理标准化建设、加强单位间协同管理、建立综合管廊智能化运维管理平台3方面对关键风险因素提出具体的防范措施。

Abstract:

In order to improve the management level of operation and maintenance of utility tunnel, and explore the key risk factors in the management process of operation and maintenance of utility tunnel, the problems existing in the current stage of operation and maintenance of utility tunnel in China are introduced, and the risk factors in the process of management of operation and maintenance of utility tunnel are comprehensively analyzed. The DEMATEL method is used to rank the 22 identified risk factors according to the degree of influence and importance, and it is concluded that the key risk factors in the process include different management systems, low level of operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities, and the uneven technical level of professional managers. Countermeasures are put forwards from the aspects of accelerating the standardization of operation and maintenance management, strengthening the collaborative management between units, and establishing an intelligent management platform.
