郑万高铁隧道口紧急救援站防灾通风方案及参数敏感性研究

摘要:

为确定隧道口紧急救援站火灾工况下射流风机的最优布置方案,明确各参数对防灾通风设计方案的影响,依托郑万高铁隧道口紧急救援站工程,对火灾工况下风机的布置方案及影响因素进行研究。采用网络通风算法,研究将风机布置于正洞进口段、正洞进口段和平导进口段、正洞进口段和横通道内3种方案的优劣,以及隧道内自然风、火源位置、火灾规模及隧道纵坡等因素对正洞内及防护门处风速的影响程度及规律。研究结果表明: 1)对于隧道口紧急救援站,将风机同时布置于正洞进口段和平导进口段时需要的风机数量最少。2)隧道内自然风对隧道正洞进口段的风速影响最大,而火源位置的影响程度相对较小,火灾规模及隧道纵坡的影响规律相同;相比于隧道正洞,各因素对隧道防护门处的风速影响相对较小。3)同时考虑火灾规模、隧道纵坡、火源位置及隧道内自然风等因素时,满足防灾通风要求的风机总功率为不考虑上述因素时的2.5倍;火灾工况下,开启风机的总功率为不考虑上述因素时的3.0倍。

Abstract:

The optimal layout scheme of jet fans under fire condition of emergency rescue station in tunnel portal and the influence of each parameter on the design scheme of fire ventilation are very important. Hence, based on the emergency rescue station project in ZhengzhouWanzhou Highspeed Railway Tunnel portal, the layout scheme of jet fans and its influencing factors under fire condition are studied. And then the advantages and disadvantages of 3 ventilation schemes, i.e. fans in main tunnel portal section, fans in main tunnel portal section and parallel heading portal section, and fans in main tunnel portal section and cross passage, are studied by means of network ventilation algorithm. Finally, the influence degree and rule of natural wind, fire source location, fire scale and longitudinal slope of tunnel on wind speed in the main tunnel and at the protective door are studied. The results show that: (1) The amount of jet fans needed is the smallest when the fans are arranged in the main tunnel portal section and parallel heading portal section at the same time. (2) The natural wind in the tunnel has the greatest influence on the wind speed in the main tunnel of tunnel portal section, while the fire location has a relatively small influence, and the fire scale and longitudinal slope of tunnel have the same influence degree; compared with the main tunnel, the influence of various factors on the wind speed at the protective door of tunnel is relatively small. (3) When considering the fire scale, longitudinal slope, fire source location and natural wind in the tunnel, the total power of the fan meeting the requirements of fire ventilation is 2.5 times that of the fan without consideration of the above factors. And the total power of the fan is 3.0 times that of the fan without consideration of the above factors under fire condition.
