摘要: 针对公路隧道工程BIM建模标准化、精细化的需求,为解决建模过程中参数化程度低、联动性差等问题,依托济南市海螺峪隧道工程,应用Autodesk系列软件开展面向HCD工法的公路隧道参数化建模方法。阐述了HCD工法的施工理念,并以三维可视化技术模拟HCD工法施工过程;根据公路隧道工程施工特点,制定BIM基础数据文件的命名标准,并规范ExcelRevit族库数据的归类编码原则; 应用Civil 3D软件通过“创建路线”得到高精度的隧道三维轴线,导入到Revit中,以Dynamo可视化编码程序实现隧道初期支护和二次衬砌构件三维模型的参数化创建和自动布设。研究成果有效解决了空间三维曲面建模难题,可为公路隧道以及其他带状分布工程BIM模型的参数化设计和快速高效创建提供技术参考。

Abstract: The building information modeling(BIM) of highway tunnel should be standardized and refined. As a result, to solve the problems of modeling such as low of parameterization degree and bad linkage, the parametric modeling method of Hailuoyu highway tunnel in Jinan  constructed by half center diaphragm(HCD) method is studied using Autodesk series software. Furthermore, the concept of HCD method is introduced, and the construction process of HCD method is simulated by 3dimensional visualization technology; the naming standards for BIM basic data files are formulated according to the construction characteristics of highway tunnel,  and the classification and coding principles for Excel and Revit family database data are standardized; finally, Civil 3D software is used to obtain the highprecision 3D axis of the tunnel through "creating the route", which is imported into Revit, and the Dynamo visual coding program is used to realize the parameterization creation and automatic arrangement of 3D models of the primary support and secondary lining components of the tunnel. The research results can effectively solve the spatial 3D surface modeling problem and provide technical reference for parametric design and rapid and efficient creation of BIM models for highway tunnels and other banded distributed projects.
