Preparation and Casting Technologies for SelfCompacting Concrete in Steel Shell Segments Applied in ShenzhenZhongshan Link Construction

摘要: 钢壳内浇筑的无法振捣的混凝土难以填充密实,尤其是混凝土与顶部钢壳无法密实接触,容易出现大面积脱空等问题。针对这种问题,在确保自密实混凝土工作性能指标满足施工要求的前提下进行配合比设计,配制出具有良好工作性能和体积稳定性能的自密实混凝土;并通过优化浇筑工艺和仓隔设计,实现管节高品质、高工效预制。模型试验结果表明: 1)以大掺量粉煤灰和小掺量矿渣粉复掺的胶凝材料体系制备的自密实混凝土,拌合物满足工作性能要求,浇筑后混凝土内部匀质性好、填充密实; 2)通过控制混凝土浇筑速率和下落高度,增加仓隔排气孔数量, 钢壳与混凝土之间无大面积脱空产生。

Abstract: Steel shell tubes are difficult to fill with unvibrated concrete, and the top surfaces often develop voids between the shell and concrete. Thus, the mix proportion is optimized for selfcompacting concrete that meets construction requirements, and selfcompacting concrete with good workability and volume stability is prepared. The casting method and chamber design are further optimized, enabling high quality and efficient segment prefabrication. In addition, model tests are conducted, and the testing results show the following. (1) Selfcompacting concrete prepared by injecting cementing material with a high content of fly ash and low content of slag can meet performance requirements, and the concrete is uniform and full after casting. (2) By controlling the casting speed and drop height of the concrete and increasing the number of chamber vents, no large voids occur between the concrete and steel shell.
