钢拱架锈蚀作用下型钢混凝土梁抗弯承载力研究

Research on Flexural Capacity of Steel Reinforced Concrete Beams Subjected to Steel Arch Corrosion

摘要: 针对海底隧道中的钢拱架锈蚀使初期支护承载力降低的问题,为从宏观角度体现锈蚀对于钢拱架承载力的影响,采用电加速腐蚀试验得到不同锈蚀率的钢拱架,并将不同锈蚀率的钢拱架混凝土梁进行抗弯承载力试验。 结合数值模拟分析,得到以下结论: 1)锈蚀后的工字钢混凝土梁承载力随锈蚀率增加而减小,锈蚀率每增高1%,承载力平均下降 5.1 kN; 2)锈蚀工字钢混凝土梁加载过程中,当锈蚀率小于或等于1.5%时混凝土梁主要出现横向裂缝,锈蚀率大于1.5%时则主要出现贯通的纵向裂缝; 3)随着锈蚀率的增大,混凝土与工字钢之间的黏结作用减弱,混凝土应力、应变增大,反之工字钢应力、应变减小。

Abstract: Corrosion of the steel arch in the primary support in subsea tunnel reduces the primary support′s flexural capacity. Electrically accelerated corrosion tests obtain steel arches with different corrosion rates. Concrete beams of steel arches with different corrosion rates are tested to reflect the influence of corrosion on the flexural capacity of steel arches from a macroscopic point of view. The numerical simulation analysis results show the following: (1) The flexural capacity of corroded Isteel concrete beams decreases with increased corrosion rate. The average flexural capacity decreases by 5.1 kN as the corrosion rate increases by 1%. (2) Transverse cracks appear during the loading process of the corroded Ishaped steelconcrete beam when the corrosion rate is less than or equal to 1.5%, and longitudinal penetrated cracks appear when the corrosion rate is greater than 1.5%. (3) As the corrosion rate increases, the bonding effect between concrete and Ishaped steel weakens, and concrete stress and strain increase. On the contrary, the stress and strain of Ishaped steel decrease.
