异形断面隧道掘进机复合地层开挖盲区处理关键技术研究

Key Technologies of Excavation Blind Area Treatment for NonCircular Tunnel Boring Machine in Composite Strata

摘要: 为解决现有异形断面隧道掘进机中心轴驱动旋转刀盘、偏心多轴驱动刀盘、行星轮驱动刀盘等多种开挖形式在复合地层适应性上存在的局限性,依据异形断面隧道内岩石强度、范围、长度等地质条件的不同,提出3种开挖盲区预处理工法,即小直径凿岩钻机钻孔结合泥土回填工法、硬岩顶管机结合管节回退泥土回填工法、盲孔主机回退结合泥土回填工法,并成功应用于某地铁出入口项目。针对异形掘进机复合地层一次开挖成型难题,研究多旋转刀盘集成盲区处理装置的同步开挖系统;设计摆动铣挖头和铣削滚筒2种开挖盲区处理装置,利用有限元方法对结构设计进行静力学验证,并应用于某复合地层矩形顶管机项目;通过对掘进数据分析,得到该地层摆动铣挖头和铣削滚筒设备掘进参数,为复合地层异形断面隧道修建提出新的解决方案。

Abstract: Three kinds of excavation blind area pretreatment methods are proposed to improve the applicability of the various cutterheads driven using central shaft, eccentric shaft swing, and planetary wheel of the existing noncircular tunnel boring machine(TBM) in composite strata. These methods include smalldiameter rock drilling combined with soil backfilling, hard rock pipe jacking combined with pipe joint soil backfilling, and blind hole host back combined with soil backfilling. These methods are developed based on the geological conditions of rock strength, range, and length in the noncircular tunnel and are successfully applied in the exit and entrance sections of a metro project. Moreover, a synchronous excavation system for multirotating cutterheadintegrated excavation blind area treatment devices is analyzed to achieve successful onetime excavation of noncircular TBM in composite strata. To further improve the excavation process, two kinds of excavation blind area treatment devices are designed and validated using the finite element method. These devices include the swing milling head and milling drum and are applied to a rectangular pipe jacking project in composite strata. Finally, excavation data is analyzed, and the driving parameters of the swing milling head and milling drum equipment are obtained. This new solution for the construction of noncircular tunnels in composite strata has the potential to greatly improve the efficiency and safety of tunnel excavation projects.
