提高隧道防水板铺挂质量的方法和辅助装置研究

Methods and Auxiliary Devices for Improving Laying and Hanging Quality of Tunnel Waterproof Boards

摘要: 为提高新奥法隧道防水层的防水能力,减少隧道渗漏水病害的发生,提出一种间接利用隧道测量定向技术提高防水板铺挂质量的方法。通过对隧道防水板铺挂过程进行分析,指出人工铺挂防水板在环向上容易产生弯曲是影响防水板铺挂质量的主要原因;基于隧道衬砌台车定位原理,对激光射灯进行定位;定位后的射灯将防水垫圈点位精确投射到隧道壁上,形成规律整齐的防水垫圈阵列;在环向上参照该防水垫圈阵列方向铺挂的防水板表面平整顺直,各幅防水板之间互相平行,环向搭接缝搭接长度均匀,使用爬焊机焊接后的焊缝密封性较高。该方法可以在一定程度上解决隧道人工铺挂防水板质量差的问题,弥补当前隧道专业防水台车设计上的不足。

Abstract: In order to improve the waterproof ability of waterproof layer in NATM tunnel and reduce the occurrence of water leakage, a method of indirectly using tunnel measurement orientation technology to improve the laying quality of waterproof boards is introduced. By analyzing the laying and hanging process of waterproof board in tunnel, it is found that the main reason affecting the laying and hanging quality is that waterproof board is easy to bend in the circumferential direction with manual way. In this paper, the positioning principle of the tunnel lining trolley is used to position laser beam; The positioned spotlight accurately projects waterproof gasket points onto the tunnel wall to form a regular and orderly waterproof gasket array; When laying and hanging waterproof boards, referring to the direction of the waterproof gasket array in the circumferential direction, the surface of the laid and hung waterproof boards shall be flat and straight, and the waterproof boards shall be parallel to each other. The lap length of circumferential lap joint shall be uniform, and the weld seam after welding with climbing welding machine shall have high sealing property. This method can solve the problem of poor quality of manual laying and hanging waterproof boards in the tunnel to a certain extent, and can also make up for the deficiencies in the design of professional waterproof trolleys in the tunnel.
