大直径盾构隧道混凝土管片的预制技术研究

Research on Prefabrication Technology of Major Diameter Concrete Segment

摘要: 为解决厚大型管片容易出现裂纹、外观质量较差、强度不易控制等问题,从矿物掺合料及外加剂的选择、混凝土配比优化设计、振捣工艺、蒸养技术、螺栓孔及凹凸槽的细部处理等方面进行分析,并提出了一系列质量控制措施。研究应用表明: 1)掺加大量矿物掺合料能提高管片耐久性并降低水化热; 2)外加剂组分对外观影响较大; 3)合理设定振捣方式及频率能有效保证混凝土浇筑质量; 4)合理的蒸养方案能够有效避免混凝土裂缝产生。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems that the thick and large segments are prone to cracks, the appearance quality is poor, and the strength is difficult to control,a series of quality control measures are put forward through the analysis in terms of the selection of mineral admixtures and additives, the optimal design of concrete proportions, the vibrating process, the steam curing technology, and the detailed treatment of bolt holes and concaveconvex grooves. Research and application show that: (1) Adding a large amount of mineral admixtures can improve segment durability and reduce hydration heat; (2) The additive components have a great influence on the appearance; (3) Reasonable setting on the mode and frequency of vibration can effectively ensure the quality of concrete pouring; (4) Reasonable steam curing technology can effectively avoid concrete cracks.
