基于北斗的隧道应急定位系统研究与应用

Development and Application of Tunnel Emergency Positioning System Based on Beidou Technology

摘要: 为解决隧道应急情况下无法对人员、设备进行有效定位的问题,提升应急处置效率,通过对公路隧道中的应急事件特征、定位需求、定位技术特点进行分析,结合实际工程项目设计一种基于北斗的隧道应急定位系统。结合北斗信标、北斗应急终端及多种通信手段,在北斗应急资源监控系统平台实现数据整合,融合多媒体调度平台进行统一的平台信息发布和接收,快速、准确、有效地将人员、设备等定位数据提供给现场救援人员和后方指挥人员。经测试,该定位系统首次定位平均耗时60.33 s,定位精度≤0.6 m,单次数据传输平均耗时0.19 s,能够满足隧道应急救援需求。

Abstract: To effectively position the tunnel emergency situations and improve emergency response efficiency, a tunnel emergency positioning system based on Beidou technology has been designed. The types of emergency events, positioning requirements, and the characteristics of positioning technology in highway tunnels are analyzed. Based on the Beidou beacon, the Beidou emergency terminal, and various communication methods, data integration is achieved on the Beidou emergency resource monitoring platform, integrating multimedia scheduling platform to release and receive unified platform information, and providing personnel, equipment, and other positioning data to onsite rescue personnel and rear command personnel quickly, accurately, and effectively. After testing, the time used on positioning is 60.33 s, the positioning error is 0.6 m, and the time used on data transmission is 0.19 s, which can meet the emergency rescue needs of the tunnel.
