摘要:

斜井施工长大铁路隧道存在诸多困难,在斜井运输特别是进料环节、设备选型、抽排水、多工作面施工组织等方面均对施工进度和安全管理带来较大影响。通过福建龙岩至厦门铁路象山隧道的施工实践进行总结,吸取施工过程中的经验和教训,力图在斜井断面选择、运输方案确定、运输能力的评估等方面进行总结和探讨。实践证明,合理的斜井断面与设施配套,井底碴仓的科学设计与辅助手段加强进料运能,都是加快此类隧道施工的有效措施。

Abstract:

There are many difficulties in the construction of long tunnels by access from inclined shafts. The transportation system in the inclined shafts (particularly the construction material supply through inclined shafts), the equipment type selection, water pumping and organization of construction activities at multiple working faces have great influence on the construction schedule and safety management. Taking the construction of Xiangshan tunnel on LongyanXiamen railway in Fujian province as an example, the author summarizes the experience in inclined shaft crosssection selection, transportation system determination and transportation capacity evaluation in this paper. The construction practice shows that reasonable inclined shaft crosssections, rationallymatched equipment, scientific design of muck tanks at inclined shaft bottoms and improving the construction material supply capacity by taking assistant measures can accelerate the construction speed of these tunnels.
