摘要:

重庆市轨道交通三号线华新街—观音桥区间隧道采用超浅埋暗挖法穿越城市主干道,区间隧道拱顶围岩差,施工风险极高、难度很大。介绍该区段的工程特点,详细分析区段的施工方案及特点,采用双侧壁导坑法、人工配合铣挖机开挖、Wss双重管无收缩注双液浆、先墙后拱进行衬砌施工等关键施工技术,可为类似城市地下工程的施工提供参考。

Abstract:

The running tunnel between Huaxin Street and Guanyinqiao on No. 3 line of Chongqing MRT system is constructed by extrashallow covered mining method. Due to the weak ground at the tunnel crown, the construction of the tunnel is difficult and full of risks. The characteristics of the project are presented and the construction scheme is analyzed in the paper. Key construction technologies, including double side drift method, road header excavation assisted by labor excavation, doublepipe nonshrinkage cementsodium WSS grouting and technology of side wall lining followed by arch lining, are applied in the running tunnel construction. These technologies can provide reference for the construction of similar urban underground works in the future.
