盾构在矿山法隧道中长距离推进关键技术浅析

摘要:

区间隧道两端多为强风化的岩层或残积土,中间较深段常遇到未风化或微风化的高强度岩层,单靠盾构法施工难以完成,多采用“矿山法+盾构法”施工。针对“矿山法+盾构法”新型复合工法,介绍其适用范围、施工过程和优点,并以深圳地铁某区间隧道为例,提出需解决的关键技术问题,简析复合支护的受力与变形特性,为这种新型复合工法的推广及应用给予工程实践指导和建立理论基础。

Abstract:

Solid or slightlyweathered rocks are often encountered in the central sections of running tunnels, while heavilyweathered rocks or residual soils exist on both ends of the running tunnels. Therefore, such running tunnels can not be constructed only by shield machines. In such cases, the composite method of “mining method + shield method” is often adopted. The application scope, construction process and advantages of “mining method + shield method” are presented, the key technical problems to be solved are listed, the mechanical status and deformation behavior of the composite reinforcement structure of the tunnels are analyzed, with a running tunnel of Shenzhen Metro as an example. The paper can be served as engineering practical guidance and theoretical basis for the promotion and application of the new construction method.
