Abstract: Four types of wearingresistant wires are tested in terms of the welding technical characteristics, the hardness of the welding layers after brazing, the antiloosening capacity and the wearingresistant capacity. The testing results show that the hardness of KB600 wearingresistant welding wires after 950 ℃ brazing is higher than that of 55HRC wearingresistant wires and that KB600 wearingresistant welding wires, which have high antiloosening capacity and good wearingresistant capacity, are the most suitable wearingresistant submerged arc welding wires for cutting tools of shield machines.
