Abstract

Abstract:

The main surrounding rocks of Hengshan tunnel on TaiyuanZhongweiYinchuan railway is almost horizontal stratum. Cracks, drops and collapse often occur to tunnel crown after tunnel excavation.Large settlement still happens after primary supporting.The characteristics of the horizontal stratum are studied.The excavation methods and primary support parameters are adjusted. Resources are optimized, and construction course control and site management are strengthened.A suit of comprehensive rapid and safe construction technology for tunnel in horizontal stratum is obtained.The paper can provide references for design and construction of tunnels with similar surrounding rocks.
