Application of Geological Prediction Technologies in Construction of Largediameter Rivercrossing Shieldbored Tunnels

Abstract:

Tests have been made on the field applicability of 4 geological prediction technologies, including high density resistivity technology, high frequency magnetotelluric technology,seismic reflection wave technology and transient electromagnetic technology. According to the testing results, the former 3 technologies are adopted to predict the geological conditions of the largediameter rivercrossing shieldbored tunnel. In the end, the distributions of soil conditions, fractures and potential karst cave are predicted.
