Analysis of Influence on Metro Tunnel Structure Caused by Foundation Pit Excavation, Considering Fluidsolid Coupling Effect

Abstract:

Construction activities near existing Metro works will inevitably affect the safety and operation of the Metro works. In order to ensure the safety and operation of the Metro works, it is necessary to review the design and construction plan of the works to be constructed. Fluidsolid coupling method is used to analyze the influence of the foundation pit excavation on the Metro tunnel structure, and the effect of pile foundation construction on the Metro tunnel structure is also analyzed. The result shows that the stress and deformation of the Metro structure are very complex, considering the fluidsolid coupling effect of excavation and groundwater. In addition, the pile foundation construction will cause deformation of the tunnel structure, to which more attention should be paid.
