Abstract:

Long railway tunnels are normally constructed by means of driving from different construction adits and ballastless track is often designed for the long railway tunnels. At present, the ballastless track is normally laid after the tunnel has been completely broken through, therefore the tight construction schedule of the tunnel cannot be guaranteed. In the paper, the survey methods for the ballastless track construction in sections of tunnels that have not been completely broken through are discussed, an integral solution for the construction survey is provided, and survey methods and countermeasures to guarantee the survey accuracy are proposed. The study shows that the survey for the construction of the ballastless track in sections of tunnels that have not been completely broken through is theoretically feasible. The study result has great significance in improving the construction progress of superlong railway tunnels and ensuring the construction schedule of the tunnels.
