Abstract:
The layout of wastewater pump room of rivercrossing highway and Metro integrated tunnel directly affects the engineering investment and operation safety. The wastewater pump room of highway tunnel and that of Metro tunnel of Yangtze Rivercrossing highway and Metro integrated tunnel are set separately. The layout schemes of wastewater pump room, i.e. pump room outside tunnel, pump room with submersible pump inside tunnel and pump room with lobe pump inside tunnel, are proposed and comprehensively compared in terms of civil engineering influence, pump type selection, inspection and maintenance and safety. The layout scheme of pump room with lobe pump inside tunnel is selected. The 3 collecting basins are set on side of and in the middle of railway; and the lobe pump is taken as Grade 1 pump on Grade 1 pump room. The adopted scheme can reduce the drop depth of sinking collecting basin and the influence on segment, improve the safety and make the daily inspection and maintenance of pump more convenient.
