Abstract:

In light of that there are not any precise and quantificational test device, method and evaluation criteria for the pumpability of shield tail sealing grease at present, therefore the test devices, methods and evaluation criteria for the pumpability of shield tail sealing grease in China and abroad are reviewed. And then, a series of test devices, methods and evaluation criteria for the pumpability of shield tail sealing grease are developed based on study results of mixing materials, properties and application of shield tail sealing grease and ASTM D1092. The results can provide reference for decision of criteria for the pumpability of shield tail sealing grease in China.
