Study and Application of New Type Twocomponent Grout to  Simultaneous Grouting of Shield Tunnel

Abstract:

The tunnel segment dislocation, damage and water leakage would be induced by uplift of tunnel segment. The causes of tunnel segment uplift are analyzed; the simultaneous grouting equipment is improved and twocomponent grout is injected to gaps between working face and tunnel segment. The testing results show that the simultaneous grouting is efficient and can reduce the uplift of tunnel segment.
