Abstract:

The precast segment storage yards in Shanghai have many disadvantages, such as uncertain stacking layers of segment, disordered layout and difficult segment positioning. As a result, finite element method (FEM) and building information model (BIM) technology are adopted. Analysis and study are made on simulation of segment stacking layer number and positioning of segment. The precast segment storage yard is numerically simulated by finite element software Abaqus so as to determine the number of segment stacking layers of every stack. And then the precast segment storage yard is simulated by BIM softwares Revit and Navisworks. Finally, a new segment positioning method based on BIM mixed stacking mode is presented. The abovementioned method is cored on BIM and uses technology of twodimensional code internet of things and intellectualized control of gantry crane. In return, accurate positioning of precast segment and the optimal route of transportation and operation of gantry crane showed on 3D visualization interface of BIM terminal can be realized.
