Abstract:
The key construction and mucking schemes of vertical shaft in hard rock of ventilation gallery of Huacheng Road Metro Station on Line No. 5 of Chongqing Railway Transit are introduced; and then the control technologies for slag hole, vertical lifting system, excavation and mucking, primary support and secondary lining are presented so as to minimize the influence of vertical shaft construction of urban Metro on surrounding environment and improve the construction efficiency. The practice shows that: 1) The schemes adopted are rational and convenient. 2) The mucking difficulty is reduced and the excavation is speeded up by using slag holes. 3) Dangers, i.e. collapse, drops, falling and framework collapse, should be sternly controlled.
