Field Review and Design Optimization of Construction Drawing of Menghua Railway Tunnel

Abstract:

The field review and design optimization of construction drawing of tunnel is very important. The field review and design optimization of construction drawing of Menghua Railway Tunnel are carried out in terms of locations of tunnel entrance and exit, locations of spoilt disposal areas, tunnel entrance construction method and auxiliary tunnel setting. And then the safe, rational and economical tunnel construction, by adopting tunnel replaced by subgrade, mining method replaced by open cut method, auxiliary tunnel adjustment, adit adding, large pipe roof replaced by small duct and spoilt disposal area adjustment to ensure safety, is discussed by taking 6 tunnels, i.e. Zhangyu #1 Tunnel, Zhaowu #4 Tunnel, Zhongtiaoshan Tunnel, Yumenkou Tunnel, Dazhongshan Tunnel and Huangbailing Tunnel, as examples. Good application effect has been achieved; therefore the study results can provide reference for followed tunnel construction work.
