Abstract:

To further promote the sustained and healthy development of the constrcution machinery remanufacturing industry, especially the shield remanufacturing, 14 issues, i.e. purpose of participating in remanufacturing, definition of remanufacturing, relationship between remanufacturing and used machinery, maintenance, overhaul and renovation, performance and quality of remanufactured product, relationship between remanufactured construction machinery and recycled used construction machinery, remanufacturing standards, remanufacturing design, accreditation of remanufacturing product, manufacturing methods, remanufacturing certification, orientation of remanufacturing enterprise, correct understanding of inservice remanufacturing, applicable state of size repair method and establishment of shield management center based on big data cloud platform, etc., are discessed in detail. And then the current situation and existing problems of remanufacturing industry in China and the shortcomings and mistakes in the understanding of remanufacturing are analyzed; the correct understanding of remanufacturing and the specific requirements of remanufacturing are put forward. Some suggestions for the development of China′s remanufacturing industry are given. Finally, the specific task of "building public information service platform for advanced intelligent remanufacturing industry" is analyzed; and the difficulties and solutions for "establishing shield management center based on big data cloud platform" are also discussed.
