Abstract:
In order to ensure the safety and quality of the construction of ZhengzhouWanzhou highspeed railway tunnel and shorten the construction schedule of the tunnel, the large crosssection construction method by tripleboom rock drilling jumbo is put forward. And then proper transformations for the jumbo, i.e. changing the position of the driving beam, using thick drill pipe, reducing the clamp height and changing big wear drill, are carried out to realize blasting hole deepening, advance geological drilling and advance pipe roofing. The preset construction range, drilling process, drilling depth and blasting parameters are added to operating system of the jumbo. The 3D laser scanner is used to scan the tunnel excavation crosssection. The comparison between tripleboom rock drilling jumbo and conventional drilling and blasting method is made in terms of drilling accuracy, drilling and blasting effect, construction management, construction schedule, etc. The results show that: (1) By adopting tripleboom rock drilling jumbo, the construction process and disturbance can be reduced, the construction organization and management can be carried out easily, and the construction quality can be guaranteed. (2) The large crosssection construction method can reduce the disturbance of construction on surrounding rock, and is good to surrounding rock stability. The theoretical data and applicable experience of tripleboom rock drilling jumbo are summarized to provide reference for application of tripleboom rock drilling jumbo in the future.
