Abstract:
The safety and normal operation of opencut metro station and municipal bridge should be guaranteed during integrated construction. Hence, the key construction technologies should be analyzed to select rational and feasible structure type. In this paper, the construction experience of similar projects in China is summarized to form key construction technologies of a metro station and upper municipal bridge in Chengdu, which include consolidation connection between bridge cushion cap and station roof, matching between bridge span and station frame column span, and piers away from complex stressed areas such as end shaft and interchange node of metro station. Threedimensional loadstructure model is established to analyze the effect of upper bridge load on structural internal force and deformation of metro structure. In order to meet the requirements of bearing capacity, deformation, and crack control of the integrated structure, the thickness and reinforcement of the top and bottom walls and sidewalls of the metro station within the impact area of the bridge pier are strengthened according to the calculation results; and the steelconcrete composite structure frame column of metro station below the pier axis is adopted. Meanwhile, the effect of earthquake on the structure is calculated by nonlinear timehistory analysis method using LSDYNA software; and the calculation results show that the stress concentration occurs in plates, walls, beams and other components of metro station, while the strength and deformation capacity of the structure can meet the specification requirements.
